OMAHA (April 29, 2022) – Paul Murray, a TPI Certified Physical Therapist, joined the NebGolf Podcast to talk about OrthoNebraska's Golf Performance Program.
The only program of its kind in the Omaha area, OrthoNebraska's golf performance team can help decrease pain, reduce your chance of injury, increase strength and improve core stability. Their goal is to remove any limitations that may affect your golf swing or cause pain so you can enjoy the game of golf injury-free. Golf injuries are commonly attributed to overuse, poor core stability, muscle tightness, decreased strength, decreased endurance and an inefficient swing.
A board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedics, Murray applies his expertise with innovative and personalized treatment plans. He works with patients who have knee, foot and ankle injuries, and provides clinically-focused, performance-driven physical therapy for athletes, including golfers. Murray is Level M2 certified by the Titleist Performance Institute and has been with OrthoNebraska since 2014.
