The NebGolf Podcast | Andy Hamilton
Beatrice CC Superintendent on the Dry, Nebraska Winter
OMAHA (February 24, 2022) – Beatrice Country Club's Head Superintendent, Andy Hamilton joined the NebGolf Podcast last week to discuss the challenges he and his colleagues face after a severely dry winter season.
Hamilton said they've had to hand water for several weeks, as a precaution, but expects once the irrigation systems are charged and in full use, the turf should hopefully respond, start growing and leave the dry winter in the past. He also discussed the new bunker project at Beatrice Country Club, which is expected to be finished this spring.
