Internships
The Nebraska Golf Association annually employees four interns through the USGA P.J. Boatwright, Jr. Internship Program. This program was created to inspire and provide opportunities for qualified individuals interested in a career in golf administration, with a particular focus on attracting and developing a diverse pipeline of future leaders, while supporting traditional Allied Golf Associations that administer USGA core functions.
There are generally two types of internships available through NebGolf. One is a Golf Administration internship, with duties related to tournament administration and the core services of NebGolf. In addition, the Communications Internship focuses on producing video content surrounding NebGolf's championships, as well as other content relevant to NebGolf's audience.
