USGA's Director of Handicapping Education and Outreach

OMAHA (March 15, 2024) – USGA Director of Handicapping Education and Outreach Lee Rainwater joined the NebGolf Podcast to get us prepped for the active posting season in Nebraska.

Rainwater talks about the changes to the World Handicap System™, including 9-hole scores, 10-17 hole rounds, short courses, Playing Conditions Calculation, Target Score and more.

Rainwater said that the best thing golfers can do in 2024 is to make sure they post the same day they play, and to use the hole-by-hole function to post their scores.
