2020 NGA Junior All-Star Team Announced
OMAHA (November 9, 2020) - Ten juniors have been selected to the Nebraska Golf Association’s 2020 Junior All-Star Team, including team captains Danica Badura of Aurora and Luke Gutschewski of Elkhorn.
Members were selected based upon their performance in state and/or national tournaments and select team events this past season. In addition, other criteria considered include a player’s integrity and conduct both on and off the golf course.
Members of the 2020 team include:

* Team captains
Gutschewski and Malleck are All-Stars for a second-straight year. Gutschewski, an Iowa State commit, won the Nebraska Junior Amateur, while Malleck, now a Husker, won the Nebraska Junior Match Play. Atkinson, Kramer and Zielinski are first time All-Stars. On the girls’ side, Badura is the only returning member from last year’s All-Star Team. Badura, who now plays for the University of South Dakota, won the Nebraska Girls’ Amateur, Nebraska Girls’ Match Play and Nebraska Women’s Amateur this summer. It’s a second selection for both Badura and Kolbas, who made the team in 2018. Karmazin, Ruge, who won the Nebraska Women’s Match Play in July, and Taake are all first time selections.

The Nebraska Golf Association, founded in 1966, is comprised of all members of public and private clubs and/or municipal or regional golf associations which utilize an approved handicap service recognized by the USGA and provided by the NGA.
