We sincerely hope you will again renew your membership in 2010. Besides renewing your own membership, we would really appreciate your assistance in recruiting new members. Our desire is to maintain a membership of 600 to 650 members. We ended 2009 with 564 members. As you can see we need to do some recruiting to reach our desired membership. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.

Even though membership was down in 2009, the number playing in the Monday events was respectable. We had 1,860 members play in the Monday events.

Tournament coordinator "Skip" Semin has put together some great courses for 2010. We have added Champions Run and Players Club in Omaha for 2010. We will also revisit the trip west playing Bayside and Wildhorse. Those along with the regular courses we play, will give us some great courses for 2010.

Play has continued to decrease in our State Tournament. We will continue to try to come up with some ideas to increase participation. If you have any suggestions, please let me or any other board members know. The State Tournament will be held at Hillcrest Country Club on August 30 & 31, 2010. The tournament chairman will be Randy Daehling.

Tournament Director Mick Shonsey, did a great job of running the events in 2009, and is looking forward to serving you again in 2010. It is a job that really requires cooperation for the membership. Please comply accordingly. We will have a place for e-mail addresses on the membership form to help in communications.

If a team desires to play in all of the events, we will have a coupon in the booklet to cover all events. If your team signs up for all events, you will be guaranteed entry.
